Wellsite Supervision
Coordinate and supervise completions throughout the
Ark-La-Tex with emphasis on hydraulic fracturing treatments, including cased
hole logging, perforating, plug setting, coil tubing operations, flowback,
packer setting and production tubing operations. Responsible for pre-job preparations, quality
control during treatments, cost containment and safety on and off the job site. On site supervisor for frac service crew that
performed treatments on horizontal shale fracs that use pump down plugs and
perf systems, multi-stage sandstone stimulations utilizing external casing
packers, horizontal open hole stimulations in lime completions and conventional
stimulation treatments on vertical wells.
Planned and coordinated simu-frac treatments in Barnett and Fayetteville
shales. Worked with energized fluids for
CO2 and nitrogen frac treatments as well as slickwater, cross-linked frac fluid
systems.
Managerial Experience
Responsible for scheduling multiple frac crews for
Arkansas shale work. On site supervisor
for service crew that perform frac treatments.
Involved in evaluating frac personnel performance for recommending for
promotion, additional training and/or disciplinary action.
